What do you mean by clinical physiologist and nutritional biochemist? Aren’t you a doctor?
There are many kinds of doctors. You probably don’t think of your lawyer as a doctor – but he or she is most likely a Juris Doctore. I’m not a medical doctor. I do not prescribe pharmaceuticals or perform invasive procedures. As a Doctor of clinical physiology and a Master in nutritional biochemistry I specialize in the normal function of the human body. Together we design a pathway to health for your unique biochemical patterns. We do our best to find where your body, mind and spirit are most comfortable and then challenge you to go the next level. You decide where you want to go, how far you want to travel and by what route you’d like to get there. We will always be here for you.
What’s the difference between holistic and alternative?
The word “alternative” in this context means substitution. It was coined by courageous medical doctors who pioneered a change from the established route of using pharmaceuticals and surgery as a solution to most medical problems. “Wholism” (now spelled holism – from the Greek “holos”) is a radical departure from alternative. Working “holistically” means looking at the entire person and finding a path to healing – (as opposed to “curing”). Healing starts with the will, the opportunity and the follow thru. Do all three and healing is the result. We are happiest serving.
What are the office hours?
We see clients three days a week from 9:30 to as late as 7 pm. There are very few exceptions.
What kinds of payments do you take?
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard. Payment is expected at the time of the visit.
What airports are close by?
We are flanked by two major international airports and several smaller ones. In New Jersey we have the Newark International Airport and in Pennsylvania we have the Philadelphia International Airport. Both are about an hour away from the clinic, depending on the traffic. In addition we are but a stones-throw away from Princeton Airport easily accessible to small aircraft and helicopter. You may take a train from either airport to the Princeton Junction station.
What train station is close?
We are about 10 minutes away from the Princeton Junction station thru which both the local Metro and the larger Amtrak trains travel. Taxi services are always available at any time. There is a small 3 part train called the “Dinghy” which travels the short 3 mile route from the Princeton Junction Station to the Princeton University “station”. It costs a few dollars but will save you much more in taxi fees.

FAQ'S
Health Integration Center
How long will it take to schedule my first visit?
That all depends on the type of visit. "Getting Acquainted", "Emergency" and "Live Cell Analysis" take about a half hour and are relatively easy to schedule - and your appointment are usually within a few days or weeks. FIRST visits normally last 3 to 4 hours and scheduling takes place on the phone that day - right away - and appointments may have to be sheduled anywhere from 3-6 weeks in advance, depending on the season. Remember to be absolutely sure of your ability to be here on your agreed upon appointment date and time - or your deposit cannot be deducted from the charge of the first visit. However if you fail to come on your first visit you may use the non-refundable deposit to gift anyone a "getting acquainted" or "Live Cell Analysis" visit.
Please call Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday to schedule appointments. If you become part of the HIC "family" the initial visit is anywhere from 3 to 4 hours - and is usually scheduled 3-5 weeks in advance. You can ask to be put on the waiting list in case someone cancels.
Emergency", "Live Cell Analysis" and "Getting Acquainted" appointments are limited to 30 minutes each and are usually fitted in fairly quickly. A Dark Field Examination takes anywhere from 1-2 hours and the wait can be anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks.
Floatation time is one hour but you are given 90 minutes from the time you enter the room until you leave. Wait time is less than a week. Certificates and discounted multiples are available. There are many other services (thermography, hypnosis, bodywork, etc) that can be scheduled through our office.
Do you take health insurance?
Actually I do. Unfortunately most most disease-oriented insurance companies are reluctant to accept the philosophy of active prevention and regeneration and therefore do not underwrite doctors who teach and practice healthy habits. If you have forms we will help you fill them out. If your carrier is progressive enough to make payments, they are accepted.
